RETURNS & REFUNDS POLICY

SME Global operates strictly on a wholesale and bulk-order basis. Due to the nature of our business and production processes, the following returns policy applies.

Wholesale & Bulk Orders

  • All wholesale, bulk, and made-to-order items are non-returnable and non-refundable once production has begun.

  • Custom-made garments, fabrics, or specially sourced materials cannot be cancelled or returned.

Faulty or Incorrect Items

We may accept returns or offer replacements only if:

  • Items are faulty or damaged upon delivery

  • Incorrect products were supplied by us

Any issues must be reported within 48 hours of delivery by email and must include:

  • Order reference number

  • Clear photos of the issue

Claims made after this period may not be accepted.

Quality Approval

Clients are responsible for approving:

  • Samples

  • Fabric types

  • Colours

  • Sizes and specifications

Once samples are approved, bulk production is considered accepted and no returns will be accepted for fit, colour variation, or material preference.

Refunds & Replacements

  • Approved returns are inspected before any refund or replacement is processed.

  • Refunds or replacements are issued at the discretion of SME Global.

  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Return Shipping

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the error was made by SME Global.
