SME Global operates on a wholesale and bulk-order basis. Due to the nature of our products, the following policy applies.
Wholesale Orders

All wholesale and bulk orders are non-refundable once production has started.

Custom-made, made-to-order, or bulk-produced items cannot be returned.
Faulty or Incorrect Items
Returns or replacements may be accepted only if:

Any issues must be reported within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos and order details.
Approval & Inspection
Clients are responsible for reviewing samples and specifications before approving bulk production. Approved samples confirm acceptance of quality, fit, and materials.

Shipping Costs
