1. Shipping / Delivery of Services

As a construction and service-based company, our “shipping” primarily refers to:

  • Delivery of project materials

  • Delivery of equipment to the job site

  • Delivery of project reports, documents, or digital files

a. Delivery of Materials to Site

  • Materials required for your project will be delivered directly to the project location.

  • Delivery timelines depend on supplier availability, material type, and project schedule.

  • Any delays caused by suppliers or logistics partners will be communicated promptly.

b. Digital Files / Documents

(Project proposals, invoices, drawings, reports)

  • Sent via email or through our secure online systems.

  • Delivered within the timeline agreed upon during the project discussion.

c. Service Appointment Delivery

  • Our team will arrive on the agreed date and time.

  • If changes occur due to weather, emergencies, or supplier delays, clients will be notified in advance.


2. Return Policy (For Materials)

Most materials used in construction, renovation, and maintenance projects are non-returnable once purchased, especially if:

  • They have been custom-ordered

  • They were used or partly used

  • They have been installed or altered

  • They are perishable, fragile, or made-to-measure

However, if materials arrive damaged or incorrect from the supplier:

  • We will handle the issue directly with the supplier

  • Replacements will be arranged at no extra cost to the client


3. Refund Policy (For Services)

Service-based refunds are handled as follows:

a. Before Project Work Begins

  • If cancellation occurs before any materials are purchased or work begins, a full or partial refund may be issued (based on admin or consultation fees).

b. After Work Has Started

Refunds may not be issued once:

  • Labour has been performed

  • Materials have been purchased

  • Project planning and design work has been completed

However, we will always work with clients to find a fair resolution.

c. Deposits

  • Deposits are generally non-refundable if work or material procurement has already started.


4. Changes or Modifications

If the client requests changes to the project after materials are ordered or work has started:

  • Additional costs may apply

  • Delivery schedules may be affected

  • Refunds will not apply for materials or services already utilized


5. Damaged or Defective Materials

If any materials delivered to your site are:

  • Damaged

  • Incorrect

  • Defective

We will:

  • Raise a claim with the supplier

  • Arrange for replacements as quickly as possible

  • Ensure the issue does not affect your project timeline (where possible)
